The shredded beef is plated atop a bed of buttery mashed potatoes that are whipped until light and fluffy with hints of sharp parmesan cheese. You'll also get a tasty mix of roasted Brussels sprouts and plantains; the added sweetness from the plantains and the tang from the lime balances the bitterness from the Brussels sprouts perfectly.
