A vegan-friendly wrap inspired by the street food of the Mediterranean. Crispy fresh falafel are made from chickpeas and fresh herbs, then wrapped up in a soft pita with tomato, cucumber, onion and a creamy garlic-tahini sauce. Served with roasted potatoes dusted in Middle Eastern spices to round out the dish, this tasty wrap proves plant-based street food can be just satiating and full of flavor as its meaty counterparts!

the potato is too big and doesn’t taste great. the pita gets soggy. bring back the other falafel meal with more hummus and healthy eggies. the pita is unusable.
