She’s continued to practice and hone her culinary skills since. Renowned for her expertise in pizza and traditional Mexican cuisine, she has successfully owned multiple restaurants in Mexico. Notably, her passion project, “Senorita Pizza,” in Puebla, Mexico, garnered acclaim. Relocating to Austin, Texas, Chef Ana has embraced a new culinary path, channeling her skills and creativity toward the art of vegan and vegetarian cuisine. Her commitment to delivering an unparalleled food experience is driven by her innate sense of patience, ensuring each dish reflects her unwavering passion for cooking.

meat balls are pasty/mealy rather than actual ground beef. Otherwise sauce, pasta and broccoli were very good.

the noodles were good but the "meatballs" didn't taste good at all. Being gluten free it was great to have noodles, but can there just be regular meatballs.
