View ProfileYour favorite stuffed grape leaves (a.k.a. Dolmas) gone crazy. This risotto is made with Israeli couscous in place of the traditional arborio rice, but grape leaves for an earthy, fresh flavor. A little parmesan and butter make for a creamy umami-filled finish. The risotto is paired with tender flat iron steak that's been rubbed with Chef Einat's homemade Persian spice mix, Sabzi, then seared to juicy perfection. A side of simply sautéed Brussels sprouts rounds out this unique, satisfying meal.
