View ProfileWe love how the delicate crisp crust of the salmon pairs nicely with creamy puréed parsnips and a rich lemon-butter sauce. Classic garlic-roasted broccoli brings it all together with some flavorful crunch and freshness. This meal heats great in the microwave but if you really want to highlight the crispiness of the salmon’s crust, you can heat the salmon on some foil in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for 7-10 minutes.
