A perfect balance of umami from miso and sweetness from maple syrup flavor a tender, flaky filet of roasted cod. Served with fluffy, garlic-infused steamed rice, sautéed shiitake mushrooms, and grilled asparagus, this meal is wholesome and nutritious without sacrificing on flavor.

The asparagus is a little over cooked + too old. But happy to reseed again, the fish tastes good!
