Drawing inspiration from chef Einat’s restaurant Balaboosta’s staple dish, this gluten-free seasonal dish is healthy and delicious. A juicy filet of grilled Sea Bass is accompanied by seasonal greens, crunchy toasted seeds, and a tangy Amba – a.k.a. pickled mango – sauce that adds extra brightness and acidity.
