This dish was tasty overall. I couldn't believe it wasn't dry after warming in the oven! What detracted from the dish was the amount of onion. I'm an onion lover and it was a bit much for me. Even picking some out there was still so much! Then compared to the sparsity of the other vegetables made it seem like it was a cheap way to fill the dish. The red peppers were basically nonexistent. It felt like a few shavings of the pepper skin. And the celery in the dish wasn't much better. Outside of the vegetable proportions, the flavor was wonderful and you actually got a good amount of crab in the dish. I'd get it again just knowing to pick out some of the onion and probably adding more vegetables on my own.
