If Chef Chris was forced to choose a favorite meal, he says this one might just be it. He just loves good, hearty simple meals and it don’t get much simpler than the combination of hand-diced grilled fresh chicken, roasted fresh vegetables, and fresh brown rice. What separates this bowl from the rest is Chef’s secret spicy tahini sauce that you’ll want to drizzle on everything. Topped with nutty sesame seeds, there’s nothing not to like about this bowl— we could eat this meal almost every day and not get tired of it. Chef highly recommends heating this meal in the microwave.
