Hesyan Buyco, is the executive chef and owner of Buyco Food Products. Growing up in the Philippines, where the cuisine is heavily influenced by both Chinese and Spanish dishes, he mastered cooking traditional Southeast Asian food. As a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, trained in classic French cuisine and techniques. He is inspired by culinary fusion and discovery. Since starting his career 20 years ago, Chef Hesyan brings a wealth of knowledge and bold flavor profiles and is excited to share his journey in offering guests culinary experiences and believes that food is not just nourishment, but an experience of culture and life - an event where family and friends can gather around to celebrate.
