Hesyan Buyco, is the executive chef and owner of Buyco Food Products. Growing up in the Philippines, where the cuisine is heavily influenced by both Chinese and Spanish dishes, he mastered cooking traditional Southeast Asian food. As a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, trained in classic French cuisine and techniques. He is inspired by culinary fusion and discovery. Since starting his career 20 years ago, Chef Hesyan brings a wealth of knowledge and bold flavor profiles and is excited to share his journey in offering guests culinary experiences and believes that food is not just nourishment, but an experience of culture and life - an event where family and friends can gather around to celebrate. Chef Hesyan seeks to offer guests both traditional and innovative dishes for all to enjoy.

I didn't get a sauce cup. Not enough gravy.

Shrimp with Lobster Sauce
On the packaging, it said that there should be a sauce cup, however, when I received it, the sauce was already over the dish. It made the shrimp, super soggy, congealed sauce sitting at the bottom.

Classic Honey Walnut Shrimp
Excellent! The shrimp was perfect and the sauce was delicious! Definitely will get again!

Shrimp with Lobster Sauce
Disappointing. The 6 shrimp were a nice size but that’s the only thing positive I can say about this meal. There was NO sauce and certainly no lobster flavor. The plain white rice was sticky and gluey with an unpleasant flavor, and I normally love rice. The peas and corn were no better than canned. Will not order again.
