View ProfileWe love everything about this meal, but especially how everything plays so well with each other, making every bite a little different but equally delicious. The pork tenderloin is marinated with loads of herbs, grilled, then finished in the oven before being hand-sliced by a real carving chef. The sliced pork sits on top of a bed of caramelized onions and a rich sweet potato gratin with just a little hint of Gorgonzola cheese in it. A white wine-mustard cream sauce finishes off the dish, making it one of our forever favorites. Chef highly recommends heating this meal in the microwave.
