In this traditional recipe, each delicate wonton wrap is filled with a blend of ground pork, shrimp, shallots, and ginger. A flavorful, umami-rich chicken broth laced with steamed bok choy and shiitake mushrooms complements effortlessly. As you savor each bite, you'll understand why the Cantonese call it wonton, which translates to "eating clouds."
