Chef Kristy serves up a generous portion of succulent, melt-in-your-mouth pulled chicken, sauced with delectable cayenne-infused honey, topped with briny pickles for crisp contrast, and sandwiched into a pillow-soft potato bun. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and heat. On the side: A scoop of creamy, refreshing red potato salad, chock-full of bright, flavorful herbs. Add a tall glass of iced tea or a cold beer, and savor a taste of summer.
