Chicken that has been brined and then braised in a housemade gochujang (Korean Chile paste) sauce. Slightly sweet, savory with hint of spicy that is well balanced. Served with roasted potatoes, carrots and Brussel sprouts. Mash the potatoes in the sauce - because you won’t want to waste a drop!
