I was delighted that this dish didn't use a heavy béchamel base! It was so fresh and perfectly seasoned; I gobbled it down. I plan to use it next time as a baked potato topping. Mmm.

Creamy and delicious with just a hint of nutmeg. As all creamed sauces should be. I will reorder. Wish there was a larger portion though.

I paired this up with a pasta dish and it was delicious and fulfilled my greens food for the day! I ate it ALL myself LOL, did not split it, even though it is enough to split with someone else, great tasting.
