The salmon was dry when reheated to warm (not even the full recommended time), and the vegetables were still very crispy. I would suggest slightly undercooked the salmon before you package it so it's not overcooked with reheating. Maybe also suggest heating the vegetables first, then adding the salmon a bit later. Also, the coconut sauce was overly mild, could use more flavor.
