There’s not much better than a freshly fried, crispy chicken cutlet. A childhood favorite of Chef Chris’, he decided to mash up the Italian-style cutlet with a German classic, schnitzel. He pairs his crispy fried, thin cutlets with mustardy mashed potatoes and a fresh-cut tomato, parsley, and scallion salad with lemon. This meal is truly awesome and guaranteed to satisfy the whole family! Microwaving is fine but if you do have a little extra time, Chef recommends heating the chicken in preheated 350 degree oven for 7 minutes to keep it extra crisp.
