View ProfileFrom Chef Ludo's kitchen to your table! This is a perfect version of one the most classic French dishes, composed of melt-in-your-mouth tender braised short rib in a rich red wine sauce with mushrooms, bacon and pearl onions. Chef Ludo serves his Bourguignon over tagliatelle pasta just like he used to eat back in Burgundy.
