What's not to love about Chef Chris's classic pulled pork? His recipe for slow-cooked pork is so meltingly tender that you can pull it apart perfectly and drench it in delicious, tangy BBQ sauce. Pure Southern comfort, served à la carte to amp up for your salads, dinners, and everything in between.

It would be pleasing if you could also offer Carolina style barbecue pork, the kind with a vinegar based sauce. This was very sugary, tasty, but I am seeking to be eating less sugar.
