These classic cannelloni are stuffed with a creamy ricotta and spinach filling and smothered in a traditional “sugo" sauce with vodka. Sugo sauce is a classic Italian tomato sauce flavored with extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, and basil, with a little cream and vodka added here for extra decadence. Finished with a drizzle of parmigiano cream, this dish is ultra comforting.

the noodles had a strange texture. almost like it had been made with too much flour and not enough cook time. filling was ok. would have liked more garlic and less pepper
