Braised Pork Shank with Lemon Polenta
More green beans! 3 green beans cut in half - 6 small pieces of green beans aren't enough to balance the dish. The ice-cream-scoop of polenta was enough. The pork was a hearty portion. Delicious!

Blackened Shrimp and Creamy Grits
Grits ended up with too much moisture/not creamy. I would put this one in a two compartment container with the grits to be mixed in at time of eating.
