I've never had swordfish before so I wanted to try it. It was very hearty and meaty and went well with the BBQ glaze. The corn was creamy and the basmati rice was packed with flavors and seasonings. I would have preferred much more cole slaw and less rice, maybe even a green vegetable like broccoli since I'm watching my carb intake. As is, this is an occasional treat, not a regular item for me, the corn and basmati rice were too much for my blood sugar to eat regularly, but adding a healthy portion of cole slaw instead of just a bite would have helped a lot. Everything is delicious!

Swordfish was chewy and thick more like a steak – maybe that’s the way it comes. Not my choice.

Did not like the flavor of the BBQ sauce; had to add my own. I realized after I ate the meal that they forgot to put the Cole Slaw cup in mine! I couldn't report it because support requires pictures for proof! The Quality Control is really lacking with this company!
