Braised Pork & Sweet Potato Stew
I liked the stew, very filling. I did add some cheese and crackers to top it off. It is a very salty stew though, but adding the cheese and crackers helped.

Bubb's Filet Mignon
Meat was pretty chewy even with preparing in oven. But beef doesn't seem to age well in refrigeration unfortunately.
