The kitchen became his arena of discovery and innovation. His late start in cooking fueled his passion, turning a necessity into a love affair with the culinary arts. Now, he carries these lessons with him, turning simple ingredients into flavorful, wholesome meals that invite everyone to the table. His journey from a crowded family kitchen to professional kitchens teaches that with creativity and love, cooking can be a celebration of life.

As a proud alumnus of the prestigious Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, he has mastered the art of cooking. Though not global, his culinary journey has been adventurous, exploring global cuisines from his kitchen. Mentored by his family, Chef Vincent blends world-class culinary education with home-cooked goodness. I didn't realize this was a vegetarian meal. oh wait it's not. Yet, for some reason, it had no meat in it. Something similar happened with a pork dish last week. My opinion of this service is changing

Inedible lamb salt-overdose, I think it was over seasoned and cooked. I like feta and cook ground lamb myself often.

Excellent! Perfect blend of everything as well as a large portion and carb to protein ratio. Another reviewer commented that it needed more pasta… it does not! Adding to my favorites!

this is a nice cold dish, the sauce is good but overbearing. I used maybe 2/3 of the cup and it was way too much. if I get this again I will be very conservative with how much sauce I add.
