Fritos do not do well when refrigerated on top of wet cheese, and I thought this had grits at the bottom, but it was rice. Weird, but actually not bad.

I really enjoyed this meal after working up a big appetite on the first day of school. It may have had a bit more salt since I felt more thirsty afterwards, but it was delicious.
