I can see how the air fryer could improve the texture but we get these to prepare quickly and it was still great in the microwave.

One of the best dishes. The sauces are key. The tomatillo sauces adds so much flavor and some heat. The avocado sauce adds creaminess and tones down the heat. The other ingredients are fresh & tasty.

Part of the fish was burned and I didn’t eat it. Didn’t know what to put the sauce on.

I think my experience would be a little better had I put it in the oven. Good large portion though a little salty for me. over all though, solid option
