In 2020, he completed construction of the World’s largest Dry Aged room, boasting 15,000 primals at almost 25lbs each. WOW!!! I mean, just WOW. This is every bit as good as my homemade slow cooker meals. My husband and I split this and the blackeyed peas and rice, and it tasted like the best homeade comfort food ever. Holy crap!
