Lemon-Caper Chicken & Fettuccine
Dried out fettuccine, oversized cubes of chicken, some too tough to eat. Would be more appetizing with shredded/pulled chicken, and more sauce to keep noodles moist. I had to toss most of this dish.

little puzzle on this dish, the picture looks like there are at least two chicken thighs. my order came with only one chicken thigh. flavor is delicious. I just wish there was more food in this meal.

This was absolutely the worst meal I’ve ever had from CU. There was literally less than 2 ozs of meat and the entire meal tasted like a vat of black pepper had been spilled in it. Inedible!
