Fabiola Rivera attended the Jose Santana International School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts in Puerto Rico. Fabiola has worked as a private chef in Dorado Beach, a Ritz Carlton Reserve for more than three years and started her own baby food and kids meal company called Farm to Baby. Fabiola’s mission and vision is to serve excellent quality food providing all the nutrients and great taste in each plate.

This is typically my favorite meal however it’s wildly inconsistent. This week for some reason it’s all tomatoes which I hate and the sauce is absolutely disgusting. What has happened to this meal???

Specifically the egg square i swear has been dramatically reduced from when i vs ordered these... its a tiny square that fits with well within the limits of the muffin and you dont even get egg in every bite !! Needs about double the egg and a full square slice of cheese !!

Avacado cup just doesnt work.. it was a dark brown gooo... YUK !! I have enjoyed this one in the past - it was very dry plantain layer this time also
